Jeff and Michele will be taking part in the Sunset 5k in Nags Head,NC on June 26th. This will be the furthest destination race for them.

Quickly approaching Paige's Butterfly Run. This is a great charity for the children who are receiving cancer treatment in our area. Please visit their website, Paige's Butterfly Run. Unfortunately due to the kids lacrosse schedule, Michele will not be able to run this race as the boys lacrosse game...

New race information to share. Jeff is now registered for the Corporate Challenge which will be taking place on June 18th. Last years race was shortened from 4 miles to 2 miles due to a heat index of over 105 degrees. Jeff and Shell both ran that race race in 2012 and both were quite exhausted...

We wanted to offer up some information to those interested in a healthier lifestyle. Our information is generated from self experience and a fair amount of medical knowledge. We are self taught runners, we are by no means experts.

Michele will be competing in the Keuka Lake duathlon in Keuka Park, NY on June 2nd. The duathlon consists of a 5k run followed by a 20k cycle and then another 5k. Both Jeff and Michele will be competing in Paige's Butterfly run 5k on June 8th which is in downtown Syracuse and winds...
